Peter

Peter, founder of the Vespa Club of Sarasota (est. 2021), enjoys riding his navy blue 2016 Vespa GTS 300! He has even rebuilt his Vespa's entire engine!

Tim

Tim is the club's unofficial videographer - he produces all the VCOS videos you see on YouTube! Tim rides a 2021 Vespa GTS Super.

Lisa

A rider of two wheels since childhood, when Lisa isn't riding her 2021 Vespa GTS Super, you can find her riding her Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster!

Timmy

Timmy is a Sarasota native, riding since he was only 14 years old! He rides a 2023 Vespa GTS 300 in Beige Avvolgente.

Michelle

A transplant from NY, Michelle has enjoyed soaking in the FL sun on two wheels! Primarily a passenger, you can usually spot her on the back of Timmy's GTS 300!

Mick

Since moving from Oxford, England, Mick has lived in three different climates in the US - Sarasota being his favorite! Mick rides a 2021 GTS 300 in Mint Green.

Bruce

At 87 years old, Bruce is unofficially the oldest Vespa rider in the US! Bruce is a former motorcycle rider, but today likes riding his 2018 Vespa GTS 300.

Julie

Julie, wife to Dino, rides a 2021 75th anniversary edition Primavera 150! Julie is also a talented artist.

Dino

Dino, husband to Julie, rides a 2021 75th anniversary edition GTS 300 when he isn't riding his BMW 1200 GS motorcycle!

Chris

The Vespa Club of Sarasota's dedicated photographer, pen maker, and puppy parent, you won't miss Chris on his yellow Vespa GTS 300!

Willy

Willy, the club's unofficial engineer, rides a white 2024 Vespa GTS Super.

Kevin

Kevin has been a hard-core two-wheeler his whole life! When he isn't riding motorcycles up the Eastern seaboard, you can find him scooting along with us!

Louisa

Louisa is one of our most experienced riders, often traveling across the country on two wheels with her husband Kevin!

Brad

Mechanically inclined, when Brad isn't working on Kat's Vespa, you can find him cruising along on his silver 2016 GTV300!

Kat

You can spot Kat on her black 2005 ET4 150, or sometimes on the back of Brad's silver Vespa GTV!

Kurt

Kurt, a seasoned two-wheel enthusiast found the yellow scooter of his dreams after a thorough search. Today, he rides in style and pride!

Madeleine

Madeleine, daughter of Lisa and Tim and sister to Timmy, is an occasional rider in the club. When she attends, you can usually see her on her mom's white GTS 300!

Mitch

Mitch is a snowbird from Michigan, joining us here in Sarasota mostly in the winter months. Mitch rides a 2022 Vespa GTS 300 Super Tech in Grigio Delicato.

Brian

Brian rides a 2022 Vespa GTS300 HPE in red. When Brian is not riding he captures tremendous footage with his drone.

Bill

Bill is a former Harley-Davidson motorcycle rider but now spends his days riding a white 2024 Vespa 300 GTS 300 HPE Super!

Lauren

Lauren rides a white 2022 Vespa Primavera 150. When not on her Vespa, Lauren rides a pink Okai Beetle electric scooter with her pug dog Emily.

Chris

Chris rides a black 2017 GTS 300 IE and has been riding all kinds of two wheels since his childhood.

Carlos

Carlos is the Founder and President of the Fort Myers Vespa Club, but is also very active with the Sarasota Crew! Carlos rides a 2007 GTV 250.

Jim

You can spot Jim riding his GTS 250ie with his wife, Deb, on the back! When not riding, Jim and Deb volunteer their time at Oscar Sherer State Park.

Deb

Deb has a motorcycle license but prefers to ride on the back of her 2007 GTS 250ie with her husband, Jim!

Mike

Mike is originally from New Orleans but a Florida resident since 1988. He rides either his 2020 Wotherspoon 150, 2012 Portofino Green 300 GTV, or his 2005 Dragon Red PX 150.

Bob

Bob enjoys riding his Verde Olivia 2024 Vespa GTS with Margaret as passenger! When not riding, Bob loves to ski in NY.

Margaret

You'll see Margaret on the back of her GTS 300 with her husband, Bob! This husband and wife duo owns a trawler boat named Beyond the Sea.

Kathy

Kathy, wife of Kervin, rides a 2020 Vespa Primavera 150 and loves it almost as much as being a Grammy to four grandchildren and a future grandchild due in July 2025. 

Kervin

Kervin, husband to Kathy, rides a 2024 Vespa GTS 300 after many years of riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and traveling around the country in their motorhome. He's a retired CPA and snowbird from Pennsylvania.
